We went to the grocery store and got strawberrey daiquerry mix, frozen mixed fruit, and blue raspberry martini mix. Tonight it going to be great.

So far this break has been pretty cool. Yesterday Cory and I went on a hot date.... or we just went to dinner. Yeah, that's the one. Ewww... dating Cory would feel like incest.
After that I needed to buy a guitar tuner and the fucking thing was like a million dollars, so now I'm broke. Also, my tuner is still in Cory's car. Rabble rabble!
I guess I'm off to New York in a bit. I'll be there till Friday morning, so I'm expecting to see lots of people when I return. And I better. Yeah. |

Last weekend was awesome and much needed. I went to Sam's with Laura, Dylan, and... Sam. Duh.
I love not having to be in at 11:15 on a Saturday night.
School's been going alright, maybe not Chemistry though. I have no motivation at all in that class. Finals start on Tuesday, and I'm hoping that I'll survive.
I'm very very excited about Junior Urban Adventure, which is where like 15 seniors each lead a group of juniors in Boston for a few days and explore a topic area. I got into Sam's group, and we're doing music. Basically we get to go to a bunch of shows and visit Berkley school of music. It should be really fun. If anyone knows of any good underground shows in Boston from December 12th to the 15th, let me know!
I will be home from the 19th to the 29th, so you should all come over to play. |

All I'm going to say about the election is that my mom was right in suggesting I go to college in Canada. Not only is it cheap, its Bush free!
Today is foliage day here. We get out of classes at 11:45 and go on a hike sort of thing then have a cook out. Not too shabby.
I think I'm going to Sam's house this weekend. Should be fun.

I'm at my friend Livi's house for the weekend. Saturday classes were canceled today cause the Sox won, so I got here last night. W00t.
Today we got up at 7 and went to Boston for the parade. It was fucking mayhem! We got on the T and it got sooooo crowded. MMmmmMMMMMmmMMMMmmmm, nothing like the smell of beer and hurl on a packed train to start your day. *hurl*
Livi's parents' friend owns a small but niice hotel across the street from the Boston Public Library. We chilled there for a bit and got some food, when Livi's boyfriend Darren called. He, Nick, Ryan, Adrian, and Alex had left school without permission and hopped a bus to boston. While waiting for those hooligans, we got a call from this kid Mazza. He was staying in the fucking presidential sweet at the Ritz hotel. Man, some private school kids are LOADED!!
We watched the parade which KICKED ASS. I have some awesome pictures of the players from a few feet away! Yaaaay. I'll post them at some point.
After the parade we met up with Mazza, then Darren and company (who were drunk out of their minds) and hung out in the common screaming and being rowdy.

Oh my God!
Last night was insane!! I watched the game like usual and we all totally freaked out when the Sox won. Then I went in my room and looked out the window for a good 15 minutes at the complete CHAOS outside. Some dorm parent in one of the guy's dorms let them run around outside. There were kids jumping in the pond and running around screaming. It was highly amusing.
I went into the my bathroom to brush my teeth, and a second after i walk in, my sweet mates open their door to the bathroom and push this random guy I've never met in there! I was like "Uhhhmmmm, sooo... Come here often?" It was really weird. I have no idea how he managed to leave our dorm without getting caught. Crazy crazy night...
I should go to my adviser meeting now. Later days. |

Mary has an awesome story!!! Well, I think its awesome.
Saturday night at about 1:00 Sam and Dylan come crawling through our window. We all watched a movie and fell asleep.
Whimsy had Sunday morning detention, so she got up and went to the library. For some reason it was locked so she came back to the dorm and fell asleep again. No more than 20 minutes later, there's someone knocking on our door. It was Mr. Golden, the detention guy. He doesn't wait for us to wake up and say come in, he just opens the door and steps in. As he's asking Allyson why she's not in detention, I'm FLIPPING OUT in my head and hiding under my covers. This guy walks like half way across the room, stays for about a minutes and a half, which felt like hours, then left!! He didn't even notice we had guys in our room!!
The second the door closed behind him and Allyson, the three of us sat up and F R E A K E D out for a while. Oh man, I cannot express how scary that was. I still freak out even thinking about it! AUGHHHHH!
Hmm, I wonder who we'll have sleep over this weekend. :D
What else went down this weekend? Well on Friday night there was this thing called the "Coffee house" which is basically a bunch of music performances in the student lounge. It was pretty fun. I played guitar for Sweet Home Alabama with my after school music class. We had this tone deaf kid from Korea sing. It was hilarious, what an awesome kid.
Heh, Mr. Gange (music teacher) wanted to play Buffalo soldier, and the only people there from my class were Papi and me. So he put Sam on drums and some other girl on bass. Neither of them had ever played the song, so it was very interesting. Papi sounded wonderful, as usual.

Its 12:18 and I don't have chemistry till 12:30. I could run to my dorm and grab my chemistry stuff within 10 minutes, but I don't think I will. We have a quiz thing today and I think its going to consume my soul. I don't really enjoy chemistry, if you haven't noticed.
The days here are starting to run together. Its always the same old shit, over and over. I get up, go to class, go back to my dorm a couple times in between. Then after classes I go into the woods with my friends while they smoke. I have nothing else to do, as pretty much all of my friends here smoke. It used to be fun to be sneaky, but now I don't even care about getting caught. Its just so fucking lame. I hate it when Dana bitches to me about how he needs a cigarette. I really don't care! Its his own fault he's addicted and he never even has his own, he bums them off of Whimsy. I mean, he doesn't even try to quit, he just complains until someone gives him one. Pretty soon no one is going to, he should know that. ARGH!
Hmm, I wasn't planning on ranting. Oh well. I have to get to class. |

My algebra teacher let us out 30 minutes early, so I decided I'd come to the library and go on AIM since I have time to kill before music. Too bad no one's on. :(
Things here are soooooo much different from North Middlesex. Teachers will just cancel classes if they can't make it, no subs or anything. You just do what ever you want. Its so great. Then a ton of the faculty have dogs which run around campus all day. People act like its totally normal to be in class then have 5 dogs run into the room chasing each other. Weirrd.
They also let you have your discman out in class. They don't give a shit as long as they can't hear the music and you can hear them. Its all so strange to me!
Schedules are odd too. Like in wednesdays we only have three classes. Then on Thursday you get to sleep in an extra hour. Mmmmmm..
I love the music program here. The teachers are so awesome! I have music as a class during the academic day then again for after school activity. Oh how I love it so. We've been working on Bob Marley- Buffalo Soldier. It sounds awesome because the kid we have singing it is from Africa and has the PERFECT voice. Mmmmmm...

Heeey. Nate and Muff came to see me on Sunday and they took Me, Whimsy, Dana, Sam, and Dyllan out of this horrid place for a few hours. Man, the weekends here are so boring. Its totally deserted, yet its better than going to class I guess.
I had my first voice lesson on Thursday, It went a lot better than I thought it would. I was terrified.
Meh, for halloween my dorm is going as Pirates and Damsels. I am soooo fucking beyond sick of pirates!!! DIE!! Oh well...
Steve sent me American Idiot and I got it yesterday. I've been listening to it non-stop, I loooove it!
Well, uhm, yeah. I have my guitar lesson in a bit so maybe I should go drop my books off at my dorm. I don't feel like walking that far though. Blahhhh.

Hey everyone...
I got my laptop the other day but there's no wireless in my dorm and i'm too lazy to bring it to an area where there is wireless, so I'm using a school one. I'd like to read everyone's entries but i barely ever have time. Meh.
My roommate is awesome, he name is Allyson and she's really chill. The first day we met our friend Dana and he kicks ass too. Then our friends Sam and Dyllan are cool too.
Today some of Dana's friends came to visit, so Dana, Allyson, Sam, Dyllan, and I all hopped into their car and found some trial leading to a pond. Of course we HAD to check it out. Fun stuff.
Hmmm I miss everyone like fucking hell!!! I was a mess last night, I just wanted to go hang out with everyone. Eh, well they have to visit me.

Nothing too exciting has happened since my last update. I've just been spending as much time as possible with Marc, Corey, Brian, and Cory. I'm going to miss them like hell. :/
I'm really sorry to everyone who I told I'd hang out with before I leave. Time just flew by..
Besides that I've been getting stuff for school and packing. I got like 6 skirts today because we have formal dinners every Thursday in the Fall and Spring. Blahhh.
It really hasn't sunk in that I'm leaving tomorrow and I'm not going to see anyone till mid October when I get to come home for like 3 days. I'm so beyond freaked out at how things are going to work out. I am glad to be going, I'm just so fucking scared. I have no idea how I'll handle all of this, I'm way too shy to deal with so many new people all at once.
How lame of me.
If I have time I'll do one more update tomorrow freaking out some more before I leave. ARGH! |
